She was working out of town for the weekend and he said he had a date planned out for when she got back to Phoenix. He had much more in mine than just a date....
She de-boarded the plane, walked down the concourse, passed security; her eyes were searching for him.
And when they found him, she realized Daniel was wearing a suit.. he was holding flowers... and had a huge smile on his face.
What?
Natalie had no idea what was going on when he said he wanted to welcome her home for the rest of her life.
He got down on one knee...
And thats when 40 people came out of the woodworks right there in the middle of the airport.
Friends, family and loved ones were there waiting the whole time! Hiding behind newspapers, getting their shoes shined and talking on phones with their backs turned until this perfect moment.
They held up signs that said "SAY YES!" and " Yes more women in the family!"
All of them, there to root them on and encourage this union in marriage.
Natalie, though in *complete* shock at this point, managed to nod her head yes as Daniel slipped the most perfect engagement ring on her finger.
The rest of their story they will continue to write in May as they say yes again to the rest of their lives together!
