Joe + Loree | Wedding at Eagle Mountain

It was a beautiful June day at Eagle Mountain where Loree and Joe were getting ready.

Shannon and I watched as Loree's best friend and mom helped her step delicately into her dress, the excitement in the room growing as the whole look finally came together as she slipped into her sparkly shoes and put on her pearl earrings.  There is always that sweet moment that happens for a bride when the hair and makeup is done and she finally slips into her wedding gown.. its so fun to be a witness of as she transforms into a bride.

Loree was no exception, smiling ear to ear as she put on the last details, ready for her one walk down the aisle. She. Was. Glowing.

This was such a beautiful wedding, Joe and Loree, thank you so much for letting me be a part of capturing you special day! I so appreciate how you guys focused on eachother and your covenant you made before God. It was a truly special ceremony.

Thank you!!!

"I spent the afternoon getting ready with my mom and a good friend.  While I was getting ready, Joe sent over a couple of our friends to deliver a gift and a card to me. What a nice surprise!!  It was hard not to tear up after reading Joe’s words about how excited he was to marry me that day.  I read it a couple more times before the ceremony.  Joe is so thoughtful and it is one of the many attributes I love so much about him!  "- Loree
"My favorite time of day was also the same moment that sticks out the most with Loree in her wedding dress.  It was the moment she was walking down the aisle.  She had a long walk to make, so I had quite a bit of time to reflect on the moment, how far we’d come in our lives to get there, and how wonderful she looked.  It was the only time I’ve ever had that mixture of joy and wonder, and I got a little emotional standing there while she walked up to join me.  There were plenty of great times during the day – dancing with my new wife, spending time with my friends and family... – but I’ll never forget those 60 seconds. "- Joe

There were so many great moments on our wedding day so it is definitely hard to choose just one. I think the moment that sticks out the most was standing across from Joe during our wedding ceremony.  I hadn’t seen him since the day before and he looked as excited and happy as I was.  Everything we had worked and planned for led up to that moment - we made it!  - Loree

Brad and Renee wedding at Villa Sienna!- Shannon

Brad and Renee got married on a colorful May afternoon at the beautiful Viella Sienna in Gilbert. Surrounded by friends and family, these two smiled uncontrollably as they held hands during their ceremony and pledged their love and affections for each other. Their was a unanimious whooop of applause as these two kissed and sealed the deal! I had such a blast capturing their beautiful day, and I loved Renee's retelling of one of her favorite memories from the day...

"When I look back the moment that sticks out for me is walking down the aisle. I remember them opening the door and hearing the music which made my eyes well up and my heart pound with excitement.  Looking out and seeing everyone and I was trying so hard not to cry. The story I have been telling everyone is that while walking down I kept saying "tell me a joke, tell me a joke, I don't want to cry" to my brother. The jokes were not really that funny but we both laughed to keep from balling!" - Renee

Chris + Amber | Engaged!

I think when we started they were a little bit nervous to be having their photos taken, probably because Chris said "I hope I don't screw this up!"... Well Chris, you did an amazing job, and it probably helped a lot that your fiance looked like an angel! Are you kidding me!? Amber you are gorgeous! We had a such a blast running around the Desert Botannical Gardens and after about 5 minutes of shooting, these two fell into a natural rythmm that made it so easy and enjoyable to capture them as themselves! You guys rocked it! Wanna get engaged again and do another session? : )

I love what he said about the first time he ever knew he loved Amber, made me heart happy!

"I knew early on that I was in love with Amber, but I was afraid to say it. I am pretty sure she knew it before the first time I told her. She is so genuinely sweet and funny. She is pretty irresistible! Specifically, I remember one of our first dates we were grilling downstairs at my old apartment complex. We realized that we forgot the wine and she volunteered to go grab it. I gave her my keys and she headed up the elevator. I lived on the 4th floor and there was a catwalk that you had to cross to get to my apartment. She came out of the elevator and did the cutest walk-run-skip that I have ever seen. I watched her prance across realized how happy she makes me. I was (and still am) amazed and thankful for how well we click together." - Chris

"On one of our first dates, Chris took me out to meet his "Gilbert Friends".  We were sitting outside; visiting with his friends around a campfire. Chris and I were sharing a chair and I remember thinking.. "we're going to have a great life together". - Amber
"He proposed to me in Mendoza, Argentina!  While in Mendoza, we had hired a driver/tour guide to show us around the local wineries. For lunch we stopped at a cute, little, family owned winery called Bodega la Azul in Tupungato. We were treated to an amazing five course meal with wine tasting. Throughout the meal, Chris kept asking, "lets go take pictures" and I kept saying, "no, lets finish eating".  After lunch, he ran and grabbed the driver/tour guide to take our picture. For our picture location, we decided to sit down on a cute, little, white cough in front of the winery, overlooking the Andes Mountains. To my surprise, Chris got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.  I was completely surprised! I kept asking, "Are you serious"?  He actually had to ask a second time.. "So, what do you say".  My response was, " Yes, absolutely".  - Amber

- What are you most looking forward to about life with her?

Living life. Raising a family. Seeing the world change together!- Chris
